Running a business in Miami is stressful enough without squeezing the books in whenever there's time or handing them to someone who isn't an expert.
Bookkeeping isn’t just data entry. Every transaction shapes your financial statements, your tax return, and whether the numbers hold up in an audit.
Our bookkeeping services in Miami are best suited for small businesses that are growing more financially complex and need expert oversight and ownership over how transactions are recorded and reconciled. Most clients already use QuickBooks Online and come to us needing some level of cleanup first.
Monthly pricing shown. Billed weekly. Price moves with financial complexity, transaction volume, and the level of reporting your business needs. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
Low level of complexity. Only a handful of accounts.
Small to medium sized teams with operations that have grown more complex.
Larger teams and established companies. High volumes of transactions, revenue and complexity.
Cleanup of prior periods is quoted separately, typically $750–$3,000 one-time.
$4M revenue, 15 accounts, 31 employees, 9 contractors, 1,000+ transactions per month. Bank and credit card balances were unreliable. Transfers and card payments were left open, and reporting was split across two QuickBooks files. We cleaned up and reconciled the activity, corrected the balance sheets, and built consolidated reporting so the owner can see the business as a whole.
In Miami, Florida, the bookkeeping service pool is vast because there’s no state-issued license required to offer bookkeeping. With that low barrier to entry, the level of experience and oversight varies significantly. At first, maybe you do the books yourself. Or maybe it’s your spouse, a friend, or a part-time bookkeeper. But who’s watching the big picture? Bookkeeping is the foundation everything gets built on. The books are the source data behind your financial statements and tax return. If the underlying numbers are wrong, your profit is wrong and your tax bill can be wrong too.
$800K revenue, 3 accounts, 7 contractors, 250+ transactions per month. Weekly contractor pay was lumped into single bills with no reliable 1099 tracking. Billable material costs were showing negative under COGS. Loan balances were also missing from the balance sheet. We separated contractor pay and corrected how materials and loans were recorded. The books now support reliable contractor reporting, profitability and debt balances.

How much do bookkeeping services cost in Miami
Pricing varies significantly because the level of experience and oversight does too. For our Miami bookkeeping clients, pricing ranges from $600 to $1,660 a month. Pricing moves with financial complexity, transaction volume, number of accounts, and reporting needs.
Do you offer bilingual bookkeeping services in English and Spanish?
We work with clients in both English and Spanish, whichever you’re more comfortable with.
Can ChatGPT do my bookkeeping?
No. You still need to give it the right information and verify what it gives you in return. For something that ultimately feeds your financial statements and tax return, I’d treat AI as a personal assistant rather than the person responsible for the books.
How to interview and hire the right bookkeeper?
Start by making sure they know the bookkeeping software you use. If you use QuickBooks Online, ProAdvisor certification is a good baseline. Then ask what working together looks like month to month. How quickly do they respond? How do they handle transactions they don’t understand? What reporting will you receive? A bookkeeper who never asks questions is a red flag. You should be able to picture the relationship before you hire them.
What information do I need to give my bookkeeper?
It’s more about what access to give. Your bookkeeper will need access to your bookkeeping software, view-only access to bank and credit card accounts, and access to payroll information. They may also need loan statements or portals and documentation for assets you may have purchased or financed. If a cleanup is needed, we also ask for the prior-year tax return so we have a reliable starting point.
Thirty minutes, no charge, and you leave with at least one thing to change whether or not you hire us.
